Counseling

God intends for the Church to be a place where people are cared for spiritually, mentally and emotionally as they really are. Such care is found by finding the needed next steps forward in ways that both heal and transform. Our counseling offers:

Pastoral Counseling

Pastoral members of the Care Team bring decades of experience years, plus as post-seminary training to their roles. There is no cost for such counseling, and if additional care is required, a professional counseling referral can be made among our established network of counselors through Mosaic.

Mosaic

Mosaic Counseling Referrals connect individuals with local Christian counselors. The Holy Spirit has graciously resourced the church through its people to promote substantial healing and change so that men, women, and children may live in God’s design for them.

Career Support

Are you looking to grow your interview skills? Do you want to learn how to make your resume shine? Career Transitions is led by an HR executive with 30+ years' experience and knows how to make you stand out in the hiring process.

New Hope Grief Care

While grief takes place individually, it is the care and support that comes from the company of others who are also grieving that is enormously comforting. Grieving individuals need opportunities to tell their stories of grief. They need to feel safe to explore the details of their grief experience in order to make sense of it.

How do I connect?

Your first contact is with one of the pastors on the Care Ministries pastoral staff. They will respond as quickly as possible. While they are each skilled in specific areas of care, if you need an additional referral to a counselor, they will connect you with one who will be best suited for you.

Affirming that it is vital for mental, emotional, and spiritual health for an individual to maintain a connection to the church, your Care Pastor will continue communication with you after a referral is made to encourage you and recommend ways you can deepen your connection to Christ Church through worship and a variety of Community Groups.
