Spring Semester
SPRING SEMESTER 2012
New Christ College core course taught by Shane Stanford
Starts Wednesday, Jan. 18 | 6-7:30 p.m. | Seabrook Hall
We are excited to announce a new course for Christ College,
The Character & Ministry of Christ. Join us on Wednesday evenings as we take a detailed look at the character and ministry of Jesus through the eyes of Luke.
This chapter-by-chapter study of Luke's Gospel will challenge the secular worldview and paint a picture of a better way to live. Instead of pursuing power, we pursue sacrifice. Instead of seeking credit, we seek humility. Instead of striving for success, we strive for justice.
This course has two purposes:
- It is designed to introduce students to Christ College. If you have considered participating, but have been intimidated by the commitment, this is a great place to start. As you will see, the teaching is engaging and practical.
- Christ College graduates will want to enroll in this course and use the material as a resource to teach these very lessons to their Sunday school class or small group.
This semester there is even an option for students to audit the class. If you do not have time to attend every week, then you can register under the audit option and come and go as you please. Class runs January 18-April 18. Contact

THE LAB
This class is designed for students who have completed at least two core course but ideally all three. The purpose of the LAB is to provide servant-leadership training and help each student develop a strategic plan for disciple-making. Since this is a pilot program registration is limited. Click on Register now to reserve your spot.
ELECTIVES
Electives are open to anyone in the community who desires to see what the Christ College experience offers. More details on the course we will offer at the end of January.
