Blessings Sunday School Class

On Sunday mornings, we enjoy assisting the needs of our friends while expanding their knowledge of Jesus’ love through the stories and promises of the Bible. Every Sunday is a new message along with activities and mission projects throughout the year. The class is open to individuals with special needs ages 5 and up.

JoyLife901 is a collaborated effort and partnership of CUMC, Second Presbyterian Church and Grace Evangelical Church. JoyLife901 provides abundant opportunities for children and adults with disabilities from social aspects to providing information and resources to families in need.

Breakfast Club is a breakfast and Bible study for adults with special needs. It’s an opportunity to meet new friends, learn more about God’s Word and enjoy community along with monthly field trips.
Memphis Joy Prom
April each year
A magical night of glitz, glam and JOY. Memphis Joy Prom is a full scale prom that provides opportunities for friends ages 16 and up who have never experienced a prom or an event that truly celebrates them and the love Christ has for all of us.
June each year | Afternoons after VBS
Join us for this sports camp designed specifically for special needs children.
Opportunities vary each summer from sports to drama camp opportunities. Call in the spring for dates.
Sensory World Memphis Autism Awareness & Special Needs 5K Walk/Run benefiting Memphis Joy Prom
Saturday, Sept. 17 | Bert Ferguson Community Center | 8505 Trinity Road, Cordova
Registration is at 7 a.m., and the race begins at 8 a.m.; cost $25
