One of the unique characteristics of Christ Church is the diversity of generations. We are thankful for the numerous members who have faithfully served the church for 25-55 years. We honor and empower each senior adult as he or she continues to invest in the Kingdom and Christ Church.

Monthly luncheons feature musical entertainment or an informative guest speaker. Field trips to local attractions are also scheduled throughout the year.
The Independent Transportation Network
Dignified Transportation for Senior Adults
Christ Church is the pilot church for this nonprofit ministry that provides safe rides in automobiles to anyone age 60 and up and adults with visual impairments.
Rides offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Rides available on rider's timetable. Schedule a ride ahead of time or on the same day.
Drivers are trained to ensure every passenger's safety and comfort.
Drivers go the extra mile by helping riders carry packages and climb stairs.
Accommodations are made for riders with foldable wheelchairs and canes.
Do you have a driving desire to help people?
Christ Church is looking for 10 volunteer drivers to launch this program.
If you love to drive and have some spare time on your hands, this may be the perfect way for you to serve senior adults who can no longer get behind the wheel.
You can be a lifeline to help older adults stay connected to their church, families, friends and activities that bring meaning to their lives—and to yours!
Rides are mostly scheduled in advance, and drivers choose their own schedules.
Want to be a driver? Contact Chris Carter, 261-2113.
