Prayer

Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about what happens to you.
(1 Peter 5:7)

We believe that as seekers and believers, we all yearn to be drawn more deeply into the heart of God. Prayer is the way to do that. As we enter into prayer with God, our lives are transformed. We learn to listen to God’s voice. We experience God’s presence throughout daily life. We share our concerns for others with God and entrust others to God’s love.

Our clergy make regular visits to people in the hospital as well as the homebound. When a church member or loved one of a church member dies, our clergy will make immediate contact with the family for prayer and offers of assistance.

To provide information about an illness, hospitalization or death, contact the Pastoral Ministries office at 683-3521, ext. 2106 or e-mail us. After hours or on weekends, call the Emergency Message Center at 542-2570.
