Steve is a native of Georgia and is a fourth generation Methodist pastor. He has been privileged to preach/teach in 12 different states, as well as India and Africa. He is married to Susan, a graduate of the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. They have a college-age daughter, Elizabeth. Steve is an avid golfer and a sports fan. (He play
ed high school football and soccer and was a collegiate cheerleader.)
