Developing a biblical worldview

Beginning this week, Christ Church is offering a number of opportunities to help you develop a biblical worldview including new Christ College courses, The Truth Project Grace Group and two new opportunities for women: W3 (Women, Worldview & the Word) and WILD (Women’s Intensive Leadership Development).

Previous participants had this to say about these opportunities:

Christ College will equip the head and the heart of the follower of Christ so that he/she can confidently continue Jesus’ motto of ‘being about My Father’s business.’ Through Christ College, I now more clearly see God’s narrative that plays out in the lives of ordinary people from Genesis to Revelation, how my life fits into God’s narrative and what my responsibility is between now and Christ’s return.” –Albert Crews

The Truth Project helped me crystallize what the truth really is. The world’s view of things is at odds with the believers’ view. And, the world seems to be less tolerant of the Christian view. We, as believers, are subjected to the world’s view from every direction. Focus on the Family recognizes that we need to be well grounded on what truth is, and The Truth Project addresses that issue with a twenty-first century approach.” –Jim Dunlap

“Going through this discipleship program is a disciplined, organized way of reading, memorizing, thinking through and talking through all the scriptures. W3 is great for anyone really hungry for the Word—whether you know it well or are just beginning to recognize the great treasure it holds! ” –Sherry Webster

“Knowing and studying the stories of the Bible gives you hope, encouragement and practical application for living your life for God today. Being part of a group of women who have that same desire keeps you encouraged along your walk with God and holds you accountable to fruitfully live for Him. Having an older woman to mentor you according to the truths of the Bible is helpful as she can impart her experience in some of the same life trials we face today.” –Kathryn Naifeh
